Bookings
Full payment confirms your booking.
Clients are expected to arrive at their scheduled appointment time. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed, after which the appointment will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
A canceled appointment may be rescheduled within six months of the cancellation.
When rescheduling, 40% of the initial booking fee must be paid.
Cancellations
In cases where the head artist has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the client’s booking may be transferred to an assistant with the client’s permission, and any difference in price will be refunded.
However, if the client declines the assistant, a full refund will be issued.
For cancellations made by the client, no refund will be provided.
