Full payment validates your bookings
Clients are to come at their exact time scheduled for their appointments however clients has a grace of 30 minutes after which their appointment is cancelled and no refund is made.
Rescheduling
A canceled appointment can be rescheduled within six months after cancellation.
If rescheduling a 40 percent of your initial booking fee is to be made
Cancellations
In a case where the head artist has to cancel due to unforeseen reason, clients booking can be transferred to an assistant with the permission of the client and the difference in price will be refunded back to the client.
However in a case where client refuses the assistant, a full refund will be made to the client.
